No- food is not included as we are not licensed to produce or sell food but as an "Add-on" option we can pick-up food from local restaurants of your choice.

No- alcohol is not provided.

NOTE: Alcohol is not permitted at State Parks. Please be aware if you decide to bring your own alcoholic drink, Magnolia Bloom and all its affiliates will not be responsible for tickets issued or fines charged to you or your guest.

Yes. choose your picnic- Add it to your basket.  There is a 50% non-refundable down payment required to secure your booking. Once your booking is received an event representative will call you in 24 hours to review your picnic package and any add-on(s) that you have chosen. 

We can set up a picnic almost anywhere however picnics located outside of Dutchess, Putnam, and Fairfield County have an additional mileage cost.

Two hours prior to scheduled picnic time our Event Team will contact you for last-minute information. We will also give you a specific spot at your chosen location.

No- Our Event Team will start clean up 15 minutes after scheduled end time.

Your picnic is expected to start and end as scheduled but we do understand that sometimes the unexpected  can occur so with that in mind Magnolia Bloom will extend you picnic a complimentary 15 minutes.  If you require additional time greater than 15 minutes you must call Magnolia Bloom to check availability. There will be an additional charge of $25 per 30 minutes. Payment will be expected and the time of request.

At the time of booking there is a non refundable 50% deposit due. We are willing to work with you to reschedule your picnic. If weather affects your picnic plans we will reschedule your picnic at the earliest available time. Magnolia Bloom can also stage your picnic in a less affected area. We do not issue refunds.
